Quality Policy
The survival of our company fundamentally depends on balance with responsibility and a spirit of unity among all sectors and people in the company. It is enough for one sector not to function correctly to compromise the functioning of the company's other sectors and processes. Therefore, thinking about the commitment to quality and our company, Root Brasil Agronegócios S/A implemented a Food Safety Policy, in which the following commitments are established:
✓ Improve internal communication between sectors, especially between the board, management, leaders and operators and assistants, aiming to prevent problems and find solutions;
✓ Develop partnership and cooperation between sectors so that the company can function collectively;
✓ Qualify and periodically evaluate suppliers and demand rigor in the quality of the raw material supplied;
✓ Ensure adequate training for employees, in order to develop their skills and enrich their knowledge for effective and responsible performance of their activities;
✓ Contribute to a better environment, through the appropriate use of resources, as well as the treatment of waste resulting from manufacturing activities;
✓ Seek technological development and process improvement, in order to face changes and developments in the market, achieving greater satisfaction of customer expectations and needs;
✓ Continuously evaluate and promote customer satisfaction;
✓ Ensure the maintenance of the Food Safety Management System (SGSA), in order to ensure that the final product complies with established procedures and routines, current legal requirements and contractual requirements assumed with customers;
✓ Ensure the identification, assessment and control of hazards and risks related to Food Safety, complying with the requirements stipulated by the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) methodology as well as current regulations;
✓ Through the maintenance of the Food Safety Management System (SGSA), provide investments and financial resources necessary for the development of the team; physical structure, machinery and equipment;
✓ Promote continuous improvement in the organization and periodic review of the Food Safety Management System (SGSA);
✓ Develop actions that contribute to improving the Company’s profitability;
✓ Maintain active communication with all interested parties (suppliers, customers, inspection entities and others) and other issues related to food safety.
Quality is the goal to be pursued and achieved in everything we do. In this process, the main objective is the improvement of all employees, the perfection of each task. This brings improvements in both working conditions and the final product, as a job well done, in a good environment, with satisfied people who perform their tasks perfectly, results in a good product. And a good product/service leads to total customer satisfaction.
